"The General" Update Dear Rogena, Happy New Year (a few weeks late)! General and I are doing very well. You should see him! I'll send you a photo in a few days. His fur is very fluffy. He walks with his head and tail held high. And he LOVES to play.He now has acupuncture between shots and it has definitely lengthened the time between injections. After his first treatment he was playing like a frisky little kitten and hasn't stopped since. After the ice storm we went to stay at Todd's house along with his grandmother. General is a charmer! Grandmother is a bit frail and she wondered if she was allergic to cats. No matter, General followed her everywhere, sat at her feet all day long, and waited outside her bedroom door every morning. After four days she was hooked and in love with the big guy. General is having fun running up and down stairs and is basking in all this attention. He is not the same cat you delivered in April! I love him sooooooo much! Thank you for taking him on as a special case. He gives so much comfort to those around him. Todd's grandmother calls him a "fine gentleman cat." I agree! Thank you, Rogena, for all you do with these creatures. Tracie W., General's mom |
